Dial 988 for the new  Mental Health Crisis Hotline
988 is the new alternative to 911 for people experiencing mental health emergencies, whether that is thoughts of suicide, mental health or substance use crisis, or other kind of emotional distress.  People can call 988 if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support.  

988 will make it simpler for people in crisis to tap into California's 13 National Suicide Prevention Lifeline call centers where compassionate, accessible care and support is available for anyone experiencing mental health-related distress.  For more information, visit these websites:

211 is a toll free, confidential service providing Riverside County residents information and referrals to community and health resources like food, shelter, suicide prevention hotlines, health care and mental health services, job training and unemployment services, education and the arts, rent and mortgage assistance, finanical assistance, children's services including day care, senior services including social security, help with healthcare options, and/or ways to volunteer.

 - 17, CHAT Therapy and case management may be right for you.  Free services for eligible families. 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • must be between the ages of 2 1/2 and 17 1/2
